Administration of Windows 2003 server based LAN in a leading Telecoms Call Centre in Nigeria

Support for staff using Win XP and Win Vista based Desktops and Laptops

Support for Call centre agents on Minsat, TABS, BMC Remedy, Adagium CMS and MS-Office applications

Support of AVAYA 4621W IP Phones

Maintenance of Hewlett Packard Desktop models DC7900, DC7800, DC7100 and SunRay 270 systems.

Assisting in resolving all IT hardware and software related faults to ensure that required service level is attained and sustained

Support and on-job training of staff on application softwares

On-site training of staff on areas of weakness in relevant IT (software and hardware) facility usage

It seems so strange How bitter ingredients Have disappeared from our menu Throwing the body out of balance Weakening the immune system Indulging the palate Working against the balance of God Is this not also reflected In the views of man to suffering? Man tries to dodge the same challenges God puts on his path to make him grow Preferring the sweet experiences To the bitter and not pleasant ones This is unbelief Lack of faith in the all wise God
