Why I write ...

I haven't written in years. My words seem so dumb and childlike to my own eyes on paper. Even on this infernal screen that sucks away my life. But I could never say these things(some of them) to anyone else. The anonymity of the internet or of a piece of prose that only I can read brings something out of me that scares me. I hope it scares you too. In a good way.
