: About Me

My name is Hunter. I could tell you my life story but I want save that material for a book down the road. It may just be a work of fiction that showcases a character who resembles qualities of myself or it may not be. That is why I love to write. It is unpredictable up until the work is published. The writer is in complete control of the direction he or she wishes to take. If their work is a failure than there is no one to blame. If their work is a success, than the writer should be proud but remain humble. With that being said, I will let you know that my writing experience is mostly limited to the classroom setting. However, I believe my writing is good. If anyone disagrees, than that as fine as I am more than willing to grow with experience. My writing has definitely been critiqued, but it has been praised also. For an assignment in my theater class, I had to write a ten page paper on the importance of improvisation. I received a 99 on the paper as well as a special comment from my teacher. She told me that when she was reading my paper, she wanted to "stand up and cheer." While I am growing as I writer, I feel that I can always bring a lot of creativity to the table. You need it to be good at improvisation as I discussed in the paper and you need it to keep things interesting. I go to a school for the performing arts in Greensboro, NC that I had to audition for so I have drive and determination. With these qualities as well as loving to write, I feel that success will not be that difficult to reach as long as I continue to work hard, try to remain humble, and enjoy every possible moment of life.

I am reading Atonement. I am watching anything that looks interesting. I am listening to everything.

I made my sister's senior ad in her yearbook and got paid for it.

being released from school for the summer. It never gets old.

My inspiration ...

My faith and my personal observations of those who fail around me. I don't want to end up like some of the people I observe.

A time in the lime light, would lead me to be alright, to distract me from internal fights, and to help forget why I cry at night. A red robin would land in the palm of my hands, and sing the message of hope, But hope was what my hands were losing a hold of.
