US IMMIGRATION LAWS ARE UNFAIR Without a doubt, US immigration laws are unfair. They are unfair to all American citizens, those who were born here, as well as naturalized citizens. They are unfair, because they are not enforced. Illegal aliens are allowed to remain in our country, receive benefits and educate their children in our schools, without having earned the right to our economy, our opportunities and our bounty.
