i value my friends and family above all else, and i enjoy art and anything that allows me to be creative or humorous, be it drawing, writing, music; i can pretty much find humor in anything or see anything from a new or creative perspective. creativity and originality are important i think, because without these how would we differ from everyone else. humor too is very important to me, and should be to everyone in my opinion. i wouldnt want to be if i couldnt be lighthearted and laugh frequently, and i love to make other people laugh, or see humor in situations that they might not normally. it would help us all if we could laugh at more things and worry about less. i think that if i can make just one person laugh, or see something in a way that might not have normally with one of my pieces of art, or writing, or music, then it was a success, even if it doesnt win me a nobel or pulitzer. there's obviously more to me than just this, but this pertains most to the theme of writing.

Eternal Sole Leathered jaws Hide a slipping tongue And an ancient breath that speaks no words But tells countless pungent tales. Worn teeth chew Through stubborn earth, To soften the path For younger, Anxious soles. Many ties are made and broken On the long road of life. And what is life but a footprint? The marks we leave in the earth For our children to follow Till their growing soles Better fill them, And their own tracks stray From guiding strides, Eager to give new marks to fresh earth With younger, lighter soles.
