Joshua started his martial journey in the art of Taekwondo, and holds a rank of second degree black belt. He has since developed a love for Chinese martial arts and has dabbled in many different styles from different countries. He is willing to learn anything and absorb what is useful to him from it. Every Choy Lay Fut style or lineage has a similar set of core, foundational techiques that reoccur through the forms and the art's application.
