HOW CHRONIC BACK AND NECK PAIN CAN AFFECT MENTAL HEALTH I know a lot about depression. I have been treated for it for about 16 years and have been doing great. I am raising 4 healthy, well adjusted children and loved my life. Until, August 2009 when I began having neck and upper back pain.
