I am a novice when it comes to writing more than a grocery list but one day several thoughts went through my mind and I had to put fingers to keyboard (so to speak) and write it down or my head was going to explode.
I want to share with others my voice and by doing that let you get whatever is bugging you out in the open. I want to make you nod your head and say, "yeah, that's just how I feel. That lady really understands what it's like to ......."
I have always had a passion for reading poetry but now I have discovered I actually have a talent for writing it.
I have had a career with the federal government, two university libraries and a major utility. In all my various positions and 20 plus years experience, I have finally found a niche to dig in and stake my claim.
I write poetry, short stories and debates here on Helium. Please help yourself, get a good cup of coffee, read some and enjoy. If you like what you read drop me a line and let me know.
