I'm a teenager who has enjoyed writing for a long time. I also enjoy doing cool stuff with pictures (such as the one to the right), listening to music, and designing things (buildings).
I play three main sports: soccer (football, futbol, fusbal, depending on where you're from), I snowboard, and I run track (to be in shape for soccer).
Being in high school, I unfortunately don't have much time to write for Helium, since balancing school work and a social life don't leave a whole lot of room for writing.

A good song for working out, or for in the gym, is something that you can move to.
Soft, slow or quiet music, and calm sounds from pianos, stringed instruments, or flute-like instruments seem to be very calming, and have the reverse effect of what you're looking for in a work out.
Generally, rock works very well, or something with an awesome beat.
