I have been a trainer for over 20 years. Most of that has been as an independent contractor. I consider myself a true entrepreneur, meaning I am willing to take chances to accomplish what I want to do. As a trainer, I have worked in the following areas, as well as others: software trainer, work ethic trainer and coach, career development trainer and coach, and parent trainer.
I am also the director for a non-profit corporation called Time For Family, which focuses on the need for families to spend more time together in ways that develop relationships as well as responsibility. Our website is www.familyfair.org.
I am the mother of seven great children, who have grown up to be fine adults - and best of all, caring parents. I am the grandmother of thirteen (almost fifteen) beautiful grand children.
My interest are varied. I am fascinated with business and what makes it work. I am concerned about families and what they need. I love cooking and baking, and love to experiment with making foods more nutritiously. When I can, I like walks in nature, sewing and pressing flowers.

Healthy food will be packed with nutrition, without too many calories. It will also be low in sugar and high in complex carbohydrates. This healthy recipe adapts well to most diet philosophies.
