Why random drug testing is unconstitutional? Yes it is for me, you, police, everyone. Most every occupation is getting randomly tested therefore, police should be on top of the list no holds barred. Especially State Troopers because they drive their cruisers home and for casual use, while their automotive insurance is covered by taxpayers.
