: About Me

I am an advocate of video games and supporting Dungeons and Dragons. I have always enjoyed writing poetry and short stories. I am currently working on a fantasy story that revolves around my Dungeons and Dragons game. The perfect day for me is a day at the beach. I believe in preserving our Oceans and Oceanlife. I like spreading the word that sharks are in dire need of human help. Millions of sharks are killed each year for their fins. Help save the sharks! I have never done any professional writing in my life, but I love putting pen to paper and creating new lives and experiences for my characters. I love living in California. It provides a lot of inspiration for me. In my spare time, I enjoy reading manga, watching anime and learning Nihongo. I am also working on a Nihongo Mythical Creatures/Superstitions book for my own personal use. I enjoy the supernatural and the Nihongo culture. I am going to Nihon in three years to celebrate my ten year wedding anniversary. I have been married to a wonderful man...my best friend for seven years. We have one kid, a son. I have no idea what I want to do with my life at the moment. I know I don't have too much more time to think about it. Time just goes by so fast. I think I want to study Nihongo and become a translator for manga. Then, the other side of me wants to save the oceans or finish my novel. There is just so much that I want to do in my lifetime. I would love to go into a steel cage and see Great White Sharks. That is something I will do before I go. I sorta feel silly writing about me because I'm not experienced in writing like a lot of other authors featured on this site. I feel a little awkward just talking about what I like and what I want to do instead of my accomplishments and detailed writing history. I am just a normal person with a passion for writing who enjoys life and has strange hobbies. I guess that's what makes me...me. I wish I would of gone to college when I was younger. Sure, it's not too late for me to do that, but I just feel like it is. I am opinionated and I stand firmly on my beliefs. I am a gaming mom that despises parents that blame video games on their childrens behavior. It upsets me that parents don't take the time to get involved in their childrens activities and do research on the games. They rate those games just like they rate movies. Parents need to realize that most of the video games made are made for my generation. We are the gaming generation. Just because it says game, doesn't mean that it's for kids. I am very anti PETA. I love the idea of PETA, but I do not agree with their actions. I guess that is all I have to say for now.

Protecting endangered species is something that we as humans should be doing. Sure, there are some species out there that we can't protect that fall victim to survival of the fittest and die off because of natural occurrences, but most of the animals on the endangered species list are there because of humans.
