I am a part time English Composition professor at Harrisburg Area Community College. I have a BA and MA in English Literature, and especially enjoy Modern and Postmodern literature. My current focus is on graphic novels as teaching tools, and the literature and mythology of Chile. I travel frequently and practice yoga and dance in my spare time.

Living in South Korea, I was struck by the slim, fit physique of most of the population. I am what most Americans consider petite, about a size 4, 115 pounds on a 5'4 frame. In fact, I describe myself as someone who is in good shape. In the eyes of many Koreans, I was an anomoly.
