Beth Ellen earned her Master's degree in Human Nutrition at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Subsequently she became a Registered Dietitian (RD), certified in nutrition support (CNSD) and a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN). She is a credentialed provider of continuing education as well as an adjunct professor of Nutrition. She fosters a robust passion for traveling and writing and has combined the two for an avant-garde livelihood.
