I'm a freelance writer with a degree in English Studies and Performing Arts. I regularly write for children's magazines, some of them published in the UK, where I live, and some which are published in Australia and New Zealand.
I've written playscripts for a local theatre group, and had my adaptation of the Wind in the Willows performed at English Heritage sites around Britain. Occasionally I've written short stories for some of the popular women's magazines in the UK. I've also won a couple of writing competitions, one for a children's story, and another for a science fiction story, both of which were published.
As you see, I'm interested in a wide range of writing. My main interest is writing for children, though, and I also write online reviews for Dooyoo. I love movies and like to write reviews of the latest movies I've seen.
My passion is ...
Reading and cinema.
My childhood ambition ...
To be a writer. And I did it!
Why I write ...
I can't help it. I always had a head full of stories to tell.
My best moment ...
The day I got my degree.
