Paul Rance was born in Luton, Beds in 1959, and is the co-founder, with Andrew Bruce, of small UK publishing company Peace & Freedom Press, which was founded in 1985. Paul founded the booksmusicfilmstv.com website in 2005. Paul is a published writer, poet, and artist, and is a member of underground rock band The Peace & Freedom Band. He has lived in the Lincolnshire village of Whaplode Drove since 1983.
