I am a freelance writer and researcher who is very passionate about my art. My writing has been receiving accolades since grade school and over the years I have attended many exclusive, invitation-only writing seminars. My writing voice has been lauded as unique and refreshing. I received a bachelors degree in History from Oregon State University. After graduating I walked many different paths. I traveled across Europe solo and lived in Rome, Italy; I hosted in a restaurant, and worked on a ranch. Nonetheless, my writing always wound itself around and through these other activities. It was the one constant. Traveling, especially, improved my writing, giving it a broader perspective and more depth. I have written on many topics and am always eager and willing to take on new subject matter. I am an efficient and well-practiced researcher always looking to imbue any topic with a new and unique outlook.
If not writing, I can usually be found either in the kitchen or in the outdoors. Whether white-water rafting the Colorado River, bungee-jumping from the Corinth Canal, scuba-diving, rock-climbing, rowing, hiking, practicing fire yoga, or trying something completely new (next on the list is base-jumping and cave-diving), I crave the surge of adrenaline that comes when facing and overcoming your fears.

I watched as my Queen sat down heavily upon the throne. She looked for all the world lost and broken, a mere girl crushed and betrayed. Yet beneath my very gaze, a transformation began to take place. As she again become aware of herself and her surrounds, she pulled herself up, erect upon the gilded throne. She still looked a mere child, but now a child Queen. "So they want a ruthless and virginal queen, do they, Titus." It was not a question. The deep sadness in her voice broke my heart. "Then that is what they shall have." She signaled for her lady-in-waiting to bring her makeup. I gazed...
