A product of the one and half horse town known to few as "The Cov", Brian has been writing (seriously) since 2006. A fitness enthusiast as well as by trade, Brian enjoys writing on the health & fitness world in which he lives. Music is also another passion. He has played bass in varied bar bands since he was 15 and is a former contributor to Cinemablend.com's popular music section. Also a hockey fanatic, Brian has played ice, inline, and street hockey as bruise burdened goalie for the past 8 years and regularly follows the pro leagues. When he's not preoccupied with the former, he also dabbles in acting and tries his hand at being a daddy and hubby.
