Currently, I work as a special education teacher. I have experience with a range of disabilities, but work mostly with students who are diagnosed with learning disabilities. I teach several smaller classes and that takes up most of my day.

My hobbies include reading and gardening. I love growing African violets and other house plants.

I am also a diabetic, Type 1, for 27 years.
