When your weight fluctuates of course your skin will stretch or shrink. If you plan on getting pregnant ever in your life, do you plan to get a tattoo around your belly button? Let's hope not. If you are ever thinking about getting a tattoo than you should always evaluate the consequences. Ask yourself where you are less likely to stretch or shrink. I always say the best places are your upper middle back between your shoulders, your ankle, or your upper chest.
