Originally from Australia, now living in the USA, my writing style tends to vary from day to day. One moment I can write a serious monologue about the perils of road rage and selfishness in today's society, the next moment I'm posting a not-at-all-serious article on interfering in your friends relationships. I can turn my hand to fiction, fact, poetry or prose - and though I have no educational background in the area, I have fun when I write, and I hope that shines through.
My passion is ...
writing! Truly!
I know too much about ...
the worlds in my own head.
My parents always told me ...
that I would fall hard and fall far. I'm still proving them right.
My childhood ambition ...
was to be a wizard. A writer is close enough!
My favorite memory ...
is working out that though there was no Santa, the presents kept coming.
Why I write ...
,because there are always too many ideas and words in my head, and they have to come out or there will be a mess!
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
Reading: Elfhunter by C S Marks. Watching: Lost. Love that show. Listening to: They Might Be Giants!
My first job ...
was making doughnuts. Seriously.
My best moment ...
is waking up with the words in my head, ready to leap out.
My inspiration ...
is the entire world around me, humanity at its best and worst. How can you compete with that?
