Interests include theology, medical anthropology,and international cuisine with many years experience as a facilitator of spirituality and as a Buddhist Preceptor.
Author of divers nutrition oriented papers and Ebooks, lecturer and one time chef.
From 1981-85 researched and developed several world first supplements and probably gave the first lecture at a university level (Sydney Iniversity Aust.1982) on the nutritional aspects of Prementsrual Syndrome. 1997-2000 retained by Kiwi Dairy (now Fontera) to clinically research Bovine Colostrum.
