About me

Surrounded by entrepreneurs constantly throughout my education and employment years, inspired my strengths and aspirations. With a foundation of a college degree in Applied Science from University of Akron in Akron, Ohio and extended participation in other college courses, elucidated environmental conditions, especially through my interest in business activities.

Since history has always encouraged men to succeed in commerce, even though I enjoyed working with them, being a women, even against the odds, I always am earnest to achieve goals. My experiences managing various businesses, I had the pleasure working around diverse people of all ages. As president of a women's club, with a super and fun team of women, we achieved park development with state grants and the cities mayor.

Working primarily in service and retail as a manager, it was a natural awareness to consider conditions, not only where i was working but of the competitors and area development. Although my experience with manufacturing was as an employee, understanding the undertaking involved in production encouraged me to have fundamental frudality.

Problems I encountered in company on goings, was the rising costs, especially in insurance. A more individual business insight to establish insurance rates based on individual companies track record would probabily would help our economy. Flexablility in unusual circumstances helped us through employee disputes, contract negotiation, and environmental stresses. Having diligent accounting practices and frequent customer communications helped me and our family business to flourish for many years.
