About me - L. Dalton

I am a two extreme person, probably because of my bipolar nature. Writing was a therapy in the beginning, now its a desire. My mind rarely shuts down. But, I need to relate this whirlwind of thoughts, since there is no other door for them to escape through.

Good Morning, GodThank you God for this blessed day. Please keep me on the path that only you may lay.I pray as long as I may live,Each deed I do, the praise to you I give.Guide my steps, please don't let go.I step with hope, yet tremble with fear.Ever knowing Satan is so near. When my moment on earth is done,I want to find tha... TurtlesI have always been thankful for the years I spent with my grandparents. They were some of the happiest times of my life. And, so it was one summer when I was about seven years old.It was hot back in the hollar, where my grandparents lived. Lord, Hear Me CryLord, I come to you with humble heart,Only to you, do my life I impart.I deserve nothing, no more than dirt am I,Begging your mercy, unto you I cry.Walk with me, hold my hand.Bring me to your bosom to rest.I can only dream of my home, in heaven's fair land. There, I hope to join the chosen and blessed.Let me p... The SquirrelThe morning dawns, with a golden glow.It warms the spirit, as the eye beholds. The tips of tree branches sway to and fro,as the squirrel glides, in the way, only he knows.Dew sparkles like jewels, at early dawn, scampering around, like a new born fawn.He drinks the dew from off the ground, while always on guard of wh... Holice and JoeThe old truck was looking pretty dilapidated, with its paint fading and chipped away in so many places. Patched places of compound added to it's almost quilt like appearence. Looking out the windshield was an experiment in illusion, trying to view the oncoming traffic though the cracks; placed there by unsuspect... More..

The Little House In The Hollow.I have been told of this incident by my parents, so many times, that I can almost visualize my own birth. It was May 10, 1948. Consciousness of a Bi-Polar....an exerpt from an article of the same name Where do you begin, hunting for something that you don't understand; for something you can't begin to know where the beginning is? Definitely there is no chance of ever finding an end, because there isn't one. Bi-polar as I now know it to be called is l... More..
