I spend most of my time creating music - writing songs, piano pieces, orchestral pieces. Next up would be time spent playing music - on my piano, guitar or singing. I've won a number of awards in music competitions over the years, and continue to strive to improve my musical skills. I would like to write a musical soon - having just been inspired by "Dr Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog".
I enjoyed writing in Primary school, and won an award in 3rd class for a story about the moon landing. In High School, creative writing was not encouraged and I switched off, though I did win the school song competition. Once I left school I started writing poems, many of which turned into songs.
When I'm not being creative and artistic, I love being at the beach - swimming, relaxing, and playing beach volleyball. I live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia, which is a beautiful and inspiring place. I've travelled in Europe, but wouldn't live anywhere else but here.

The band Queen are renowned for their distinctive vocal harmony style. When Freddy Mercury was alive they excelled at background vocals. Their worldwide hit "Bohemian Rhapsody" is a testament to brilliant vocal layers. But how did they do it? Firstly lets look at their vocalists.
