: About Me

I'm a UK resident who has always enjoyed writing, and Helium has given me a direction for this. Helium has also provided a place to improve my writing skills and adapt them to the demands of the internet. Learning that writing online is a different skill than other media was an important lesson and one I am still enjoying improving upon.

My hope is to continue to develop the skills needed to write online articles and possibly turn it into a full time profession. I am always looking for ways to become a better writer and Helium has become my home to do this.

As well as developing my writing abilities I also try to find ways to get those articles noticed and read, as well as making it a smoother and simpler process. For this reason I set up a writing community called Article Writers Network, where amongst other things writers can add links to their articles.

I recently created a browser toolbar for the website that includes features to help make social bookmarking and researching keywords much easier. Details of both the website and the toolbar can be found under 'My Links' on this page.
