I am a 40 something professional looking to become a"literary giant". My interest in journalism has been present all my life peaked in recent months through the discovery of freelance writing oppurtunities on the internet while searching for a way earn extra income.

Like many, I find myself staring at the coming end of the first quarter of 2009.
