: About Me

I am from India from a family which fought for India's freedom from the British Empire, but I was born just after the independence in 1948. By education I am an Engineering graduate from University of Roorkee, after which I worked in various industries in India in fields of Engineering and Management. Now, My greatest concern today is deteriorating governance and administrative condition of India, which brought me to the field of Authorship. I have designed in minute details an intellectually-oriented model of governance to replace the present democracy, which I call as 'Intellocracy' or the 'Intellectual Democracy'' on which I am writing a large blog.
