I am a customer service expert after having worked in the field for my entire working career. I have worked for several top consumer goods companies where customer service is key. I also have my Bachelor of Art degree in Economics. My degree allows me to see customer service from both the customer and company viewpoint which gives me a unique advantage in solving complex issues.

You navigate your office much like a war zone. You don't go down that hallway or go to that break room because you're afraid of who you'll run into.
