Hey my name is Rachel and I am 14. My mom is Christine Sandor and she is a published author. Not only does she have published work here on Helium but she has actually written and published a book called "Warming the Stone Children"-GOOGLE IT! :D Anyways I have basicly inherited the writing gean from her. Ohhh manTech Support. When I saw this subject I simply had to share a hilarious story. However, I would like to warn you right now that as unbelievably stupid as it may seem this story is absolutely, completely one hundred percent true, my mom's real experience with tech support!
