Ever since I was a little child, I enjoyed writing. I wrote about everything. I even wrote notes to my parents and would slip them under their door. I wrote about my feelings and my experiences. I attended a Young Authors conference. I joined a virtual school for young authors learning to write for children. For a long time, I have not made the time to write. I am getting back to that now. In my spare time, when I am not caring for my husband or my toddler, or working my 9 hour days, I am writing.
I have a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling Services. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Case Manager. I work here in Connecticut in a professional capacity and continue to look for ways to enhance my career.
I enjoy camping, reading, walking and traveling. I also enjoy the beach but better when the sun is setting, there's a warm breeze, and I can hunt for shells when the tide is going out. That is my favorite.
What had just happened? Why were they running away instead of getting help? My mind was flooded with these thoughts and I was in utter shock.
