I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I've had many hobbies over the years including writing and music. Initially I built my career in logistics and marketing. I've managed the supply chain for large companies, small enterprises and managed marketing programs as well. Over the years I've been partnered or owned four companies of my own involved in nutritional products, entertainment promotions and an independent record label.
As a child I was classically trained in piano and percussion. In recent years my passion for music has led me to DJing. I've played clubs and raves all over the Utah area. In recent years I produced the soundtrack to an independent film and backing tracks for two local bands. I've also produced internet radio shows centered around electronic music and wrote all the copy and scripts for those shows. Several of my articles have been featured in a local independent weekly newspaper as well.
I love music, movies and am especially a huge fan of history and the sciences. If I could have grasped the level of math understanding it takes to become a theoretical physicist I would have gladly chosen that as a profession. Beyond all this I'm a dreamer and sarcastic optimist, which I'm told makes me technically insane in some way. The world is open to our dreams and aspirations.
