I am a 22-year old electronics engineer from the Philippines. With the current state of economy in my country, it's tough to find a decent job. I'm now trying my luck by writing articles online as I've had previous experiences in this field. Having been a campus journalist back when I was younger, I believe there's still some of that writer's passion left in me. I think Helium might help me sharpen my writing skills.
Aside from Helium, I also write for Associated Content using the same name. I use Gather, Twitter, Facebook, and Friendfeed to promote my articles.
Some of my interests include indie music, obscure Japanese movies, video games specifically strategy and RPG ones, freeverse poetry, tv shows like Top Chef, Dexter and 30 Rock, and magic realism. Right now, I'm planning to write about stuff that revolves around these interests but when my choices become exhausted, I'd probably write about other stuff as well.
Oh, and I'm a hardcore Virgo. That means I'm a combination of a perfectionist and a cynic, so it's either I'll succeed or I'll miserably fail.
My passion is ...
a constantly changing thing.
I know too much about ...
my neighbor's lives, it almost freaks me out.
My parents always told me ...
to "go to bed early and stop watching too much T.V., it's bad for you!"
My childhood ambition ...
is to become a carpenter. Back then, hammers were my favorite things.
My favorite memory ...
is drowning and almost dying in the bathtub. It was weirdly fascinating.
Why I write ...
Like everyone else, I write because I can.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
Nation by Terry Pratchett | Big Bang Theory | Doolittle by Pixies
My first job ...
will probably be worse than being unemployed.
My best moment ...
is still yet to come.
My inspiration ...
I'm uninspired, so this isn't applicable.

"Wandering Willows" is a hard game to describe. Gameplay-wise, it's like the love child of Monster Rancher and Animal Crossing. Sure, it doesn't have the micro-management aspect of Monster Rancher but it does let you train your own little pet. It shares the sheer replay value of Animal Crossing but it's not as open-ended as that game either. Simply put, it's a game which brings something new to the table and challenges the casual gamer's taste. It's a breath of fresh air, to say the least. This game has something for everyone. When you first play the game, you are given this really cute pe...
