I am currently working on furthering my education and am enrolled in the MAT program through Liberty University Online. I am passionate about communication through the written word. Over the past couple years I have been increasing my skills in the craft of writing and hope to someday write as a job/ministry. Recently I have had a story published in "Chicken Soup for the Soul, Count Your Blessings."

A few other things that I am passionate about include Bible study, to draw closer to the Lord; spending time with my family; travel, especially missions related; and running.

Helium has been a great place for me to get my feet wetter in the area of writing and I hope to continue to write articles and short stories for this site.
