: About Me

I have no real writing accomplishments. I have been published a few times in various forms. The most notable being lyrics to a song, which I sold the rights to and it became the title cut on a popular album. That was stupid on my part!

I studied Journalism at two universities while working full time as a manager in the transportation industry. I thought I wanted to be a Journalist until I realized that they have about as much integrity as a used car salesman, or meth dealer.

I am an avid golfer. Not real good but it does take my mind off of anything stressful. I play a variety of musical instruments with guitar being my current weapon of choice.

I study politics to a fault. The current state of affairs in this country keeps me on edge. I have been asked to get involved by running for office, but I inhaled, and refuse to lie about it. Is there a twelve step program for political junkies?

Roland Burris; Pawn or Credible Senator? The tainted appointment of Roland Burris will forever remain a black eye in Illinois politics. His service to Illinois as Attorney General and Comptroller will be over shadowed by the fact that he was appointed by a corrupt Chicago politician.
