Rhonda has over 17 years of experience in federal, state and local government accounting and administrative services. With a degree in accounting and economics, a successful run in consulting/project management in the financial arena, and campaign finance reform, a new chapter in Rhonda's life is emerging with writing not only on politics and government but creative articles

A new found passion in Rhonda's life is scuba diving. Finally found at age 40, diving has become an obsession for her to work towards becomeing an instructor to share the love of diving in the Pacific Northwest.

Rhonda resides near Olympia, Washington on a ranch with her husband of six years and a plethora of animals.

For as long as I could remember, I was not comfortable around water. After two incidences involving water and near drowning (the real term), I was fed up with water such as swimming pools, but sea water more than anything. When Doug and I went to Hawaii for vacation in 2003, he convinced me that we could go snorkeling and have a good time.
