I run Customer Service / Tech Support as well as the Non-Profit Partner program here at Helium. We pride ourselves in being one of the only websites, with as many users, that maintains an individualized approach to responding to all inquiries in both the Content and Help in-boxes here at Helium. I was one of the original employees here, the fourth to be exact, and I have seen Helium grow and mature into what it is today. I am proud to work for a company like Helium. If you write to help at Helium.com you can find me there.

I have two lovely daughters Emilia and Laura, a stepson Batista.
