I am an adult adoptee and an adoptive parent to a very large multicultural family of 37 children. I am just now taking the time to brush up on my writing. I love to write but have never seriously taken the time pursue it. Several years ago Adoption Today Magazine published a non fiction story I wrote titled Fragile As Crystal. It was a wonderful feeling to see my work in print but then life happened and I stopped writing. Hoping that will change in 2009.
My passion outside of my professional parenting is gardening. I grow Heirloom Tomatoes from around the world and am an avid seed saver. I also dabble in growing rare exotic plants which I sell on Ebay.
