I have over 20 years of experience in marketing communications and over 11 years of experience in adult education and training. I've worked in a lot of different types of businesses, in a lot of different environments, and have, for the most part, enjoyed my journey.
Now I am returning to school, again (this is my second attempt), to complete my graduate work. I have arrived at a good place in my life, writing part of the day, doing my schoolwork part of the day (online classes), and having the flexibility to be there when my children need me. Of course, the reality of that last statement is that I have a 20-year old son and a 16-year old daughter so they mostly need my debit card these days! :-)
My goal for what is essentially the second part of my life, is to write even more and to teach curriculum business communication courses, probably at the community college level.
