I remember being little and waiting for Santa wide awake, sitting at the top of the steps, wanting so badly to peak around the corner, but making myself go lay back down! My Father was good. I have to say there was never a time that I remember that there were ever any presents laying around and they did seem to magically appear under our tree every Christmas Morning.
