Heather Tomasello is the author of three books for children, including an upcoming board book entitled, Hello, Florida! published by Sterling Publishers. Her work has been featured in Highlights for Children, Hopscotch, and Guideposts for Kids as well as on National Public Radio. She studied Children's Literature at the University of Florida and previously taught writing as an adjunct professor at a community college in Richmond, VA.
A former academic advisor at the University of Florida, Ms. Tomasello runs a professional editing service for college applicants known as EssayLady (www.essaylady.com.) She also writes parenting articles for magazines, including Tampa Bay ParentGuide.
