Thank you for taking the time to read my articles and to learn about me. I am originally from Colorado but currently living in the Arizona. What convinced me to move to the surface of the sun? I have no idea. But after a summer of lobster-red sunburns and vats of sunscreen, I have learned to love it here.
I am married to a wonderful man with a very demanding job, and until just recently I worked in the private finance industry. I am now a stay at home mother taking care of our three wonderful children, our not quite purebred Black and Tan Coon Hound, and our two cats of unknown origins. My husband has a habit of rescuing animals!
I was inspired to start writing by a project that is trying to write down the experiences of World War II veterans before their stories are lost to us. As I heard those stories I came to realize that some stories need to be shared.
My passion is ...
Living life to its fullest.
I know too much about ...
Changing diapers!
My parents always told me ...
If you are falling off a cliff you might as well try and fly, after all what have you got to lose.
My childhood ambition ...
To become a doctor.
My favorite memory ...
Horseback riding with my father,
Why I write ...
Because some stories need to be told and I love telling them.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
Pretty much anything I can get my hands on.
My first job ...
Was as a bell hop, minus the schnazzy uniform.
My best moment ...
Too many moments qualify for just one.
My inspiration ...
Everything around me.
