I am just a simple soul who enjoys life's simplest pleasures. I love to cook up spicy dishes and pair them with my favorite shiraz or riesling. I grew up on the island of Penang -fondly known as the "Pearl of The Orient" and "Gastronomie Capital of southeast Asia". The movie "Anna and The King", was filmed on the colorful island streets of Penang.
