I am a commercial freelance writer and author. I write on alternative and integrative health (corporate, health journalism). I am currently finishing up my second book on my experience with chronic fatigue and chronic illness: "The Memory of Health."
My background is in alternative health. I have 15 years experience in and training as a wellness consultant, broker, and lecturer in the natural foods industry. Holistic health is one of my passions. I am a certified wellness coach.
As a wellness coach I specialize in stress & energy management, empowering those facing CFS and other chronic conditions, and those ready to Change for Good.
I also offer fitness and nutrition coaching, conscious living techniques, and corporate wellness programs.
