About me

I am a commercial freelance writer and author.  I write on alternative and integrative health (corporate, health journalism).  I am currently finishing up my second book on my experience with chronic fatigue and chronic illness: "The Memory of Health."

My background is in alternative health. I have 15 years experience in and training as a wellness consultant, broker, and lecturer in the natural foods industry. Holistic health is one of my passions. I am a certified wellness coach.

As a wellness coach I specialize in stress & energy management, empowering those facing CFS and other chronic conditions, and those ready to Change for Good.

I also offer fitness and nutrition coaching, conscious living techniques, and corporate wellness programs.

The National Institutes of Health just released funding of $60 million dollars for continued research on autism. Although autism is now considered an epidemic by many, modern medicine claims it lacks hard scientific evidence as to how it initially onsets. In the 1970's, autism occurred in 1 out of every 10,000 children. Today, that number is 1 in 150 in the United States, even less in the U.K. Cambridge University just came out with a study where 1 in 60 children were diagnosed with autism. For boys, it was 1 in 38.
