First off, there isn't anything too different about my humble beginnings, I was brought up in a single parent home in a very dangerous area of Los Angeles, CA. My mother struggled extremely hard to raise my older sister and me on her own, however, as far back as I can remember, my mother always had at least two jobs and was absent from home for at least 16 hours a day, leaving me and my sister to be watched by my drunken grandmother that loved a good fight. Our small, pest infested two bedroom apartment was always in a constant state of chaos. And to top it all off, we lived in a very active gang territory in South Central. So as you can tell by now, my background has never been picture perfect by any means.
However, my life was not always filled with negativity and downsides, we had a few good family moments as well. My favorite uncle moved in with us when I was about six years old and he was fresh out of prison from a charge that he received when he was in the Marines. My uncle, through all of his dismay, was an overwhelmingly optimistic person. After living with us for only three years he rebounded from all of his crisis and started his own successful business, which he ran exceptionally all the way up until he passed from heart failure when I was twenty years old.
I received a ton of core values from my mother and my uncle alike, which have caused me to rise in life, like a rose in the concrete jungle. I grew up giving my every effort to remain on the right side of the law without any gang affiliation or bad habits at all. Although, I did have a few run-ins with Johnny Law, it was never too serious, and as soon as she could, my mother moved us out of L.A.
I was about twelve years old when we moved to Chino, CA, and it was a huge culture shock. Even though you probably can not tell, we are Puerto Rican, but we were raised as black and took on attributes from the African American culture (style of dress, language, etc.) and now we were surrounded by Caucasians and Mexicans, mostly of which did not like blacks (or anyone with skin darker than their own) for whatever reason. Unfortunately, I actually experienced my first acts of racism in Chino, but I endured it and went on to become the accomplished person I am today.
I overcame a seemingly endless amount of adversity in my life by following the original core values and beliefs set in place by my mother and uncle. I also later graduated high school, in Chino, one year and threes months early with an overall GPA of 4.25 before I decided to join the workforce and help out my mom after seeing her struggle so much for all those years.
Writing has, and continues to, help me in countless ways, but mainly by being my most efficient outlet when I need to express myself or release some emotions. I have also always had a passion for music and wrote and recorded my first song at the tender age of five years old, it was called Getting in the Shower. I am a upcoming rap and reggaeton artist now and am also working on a album and a couple of mixtapes. You can hear some of my music at www . myspace . com / sevyrelintocable. Life dealt me a few bad hands starting out but now things are getting to be much better.
As they say, "The only way to go when you are at the bottom is up!"
I've opened and maintained my own successful Freight Transportation company, from the ground up, that transports truckloads of general and expedited freight across the country. I am now in the expansion phase of my business, better known as the momentum stage and looking to go international within the year.
However, out of all of my life's experiences, I would definately have to say that my most valued and precious accomplishments are my three beautiful children, whom I love unconditionally with all of my heart. All of my success and hard work is for them and their future.

Limited Liability Company (LLC) Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) are, what I like to call, the hybrid of business structures. While LLCs are the newest type of business structure, they have characteristics of both a corporation and a partnership, or sole proprietorship. One of the most unique characteristics of an LLC, as far as federal income taxes are concerned, is that the company can elect how it wants to be taxed, choosing to be taxed as a sole proprietor, partnership, or corporation (as long as it meets the qualifications of the chosen structure), making LLCs the most flexible type...
