About me

For many people, this web site plays on passion for writing. Personally, I perceive writing to be one of my weakest abilities.

Throughout graduate school, I second guessed my writing style, and felt inadequate. Writing my thesis was the most difficult process. Sure, the oral defense was stressful, but it didn't compare to writing the paper itself.

My "writing" self-esteem is what has brought me to this community. I am a believer in change, improvement, and education. I enjoy learning new things, solving problems, and of course improving my abilities. This web site has become an outlet for me and allows me to improve on my writing.

I have recently earned my M.A. in Industrial/Organization Psychology. My thesis was on the relationship between organizational commitment, charismatic leadership, and work engagement. I work for a public organization and enjoy the constant challenges it can bring.

I wear many hats; I am a wife, daughter, sister, friend, pug owner, and employee. I enjoy hanging out with my husband/best friend and supporting him and his bass fishing hobby. I also love playing on an adult indoor softball league.
