People who use "possibility thinking" to see outside what is the norm. e.g. Dr. Suess, Walt Disney, Rod Serling, Wrigley (The man behind the gum ... what a story!) etc.
Lets face it, quality performance at work requires all your wit and candor. When the copy machine takes more than you have, it takes away from your potential. Broken copy machines and printers can really wreck you day at work and worse than that: decrease your effectiveness. Many companies, as well as schools, are going paperless. They are using technology to supplant what paper traditionally did. This definitely has its advantages and should be examined as a preferable alternative.
