Since I can remember, I have always been a voracious reader and writer, so much so I made the decision early on to study Journalism once I entered college. The years passed and I began my college schooling at Columbia College where I settled on a major in Broadcast Journalism after about the third try. Of course, you are probably all familiar with the adage "the third time is a charm."
This proved to be true as I went on to work as a Producer for several public relations programs at Fox 32 in Chicago, then on to a News Anchor position at a local cable station in Chicago, and subsequently a Radio Disc Jockey for a local station in Chicago. In my spare time I enjoy learning about photography and Spanish. Because I have a number of creative interests, Helium is a great outlet for me to express myself in this way.
