I am a former newspaper reporter and a recovering lawyer (meaning I only do healing legal work, which is the same thing as being unemployed).

I am also the editor/publisher of The Frumious Bandersnatch, a satirical newspaper and parody website with readers in 162 countries. The Bandersnatch is home to the General Delivery University, a parody of on-line universities. The General Delivery University is America's only genuine diploma mill and is now the largest degree granting institution in the world.

I also have authored several books including Get In Touch With Your Inner Rodent, a parody of self-help books, the General Delivery University Catalog, and Deer Seen As A Terrorist Threat.

I have a serious side, with numerous scholarly articles about water and environmental issues.

“Monuments” No war is officially over until the citizens of every city and town erect a monument to those that died in that particular war. And in every city and town there is a public park populated by gaunt bronze men most green with age carrying muskets and rifles and flags and walls of names of those who didn’t come home to that city or town. Sadly enough there’s always room for one more  monument in that park.
