Hello All! I am a working mother from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I've been an island girl most of my life and feel so fortunate to live in this part of the world. I have a rambunctious little guy who is 4 and a fun-loving little diva age 2. They make me strive to be a better parent and citizen.
When I'm not chaufering to preschool and mother goose, I work as a casual Coder at a hospital. I have a very interesting behind-the-scenes job analyzing health information. It gives me a flexible schedule so I can always keep a work/life balance.

I lost that part of me as I got older and more engrossed in work and family. I'm hoping to rekindle my love of writing here on Helium. Thanks for having me! I look forward to many more words...
